Each club selection is carefully curated by our winemaking team for your enjoyment. Each selection you’ll receive tasting notes, food and wine pairing suggestions and more to make your club experience special.
That said, you’ll always be given the advance opportunity to customize your selection to whichever wines you’d like, as well as the option to add additional wines to your club shipment before shipping – a great way to take advantage of complimentary shipping.
Prior to your upcoming wine club shipment, we will notify you to let you know which wines are being shipped and the expected ship date. At the time of the email, you will have an opportunity to make modifications or additions to your order.
It is required by law that someone over the age of 21 sign to receive the wine, since wine is a controlled alcoholic beverage. We strongly encourage you to have your shipment sent to an address where it can be signed for at time of delivery – often that’s a business address or held at a local FedEx store.
You will receive a notification with tracking information from FedEx as soon as your shipment has been picked up. If you won’t be available to receive your package, you can request that the shipping company leave your package at a nearby FedEx pick-up location.
If your wine is returned to us because it cannot be delivered, we will contact you to confirm the correct address and any delivery instructions. You are responsible for paying for the additional shipping to send your wine back to you. We strongly encourage the use of a business address or Fedex holding location for shipping wine.
Can’t make it to our pick-up party? No problem! Stop by anytime (or join us for a tasting) during our business hours to pick up your wine. Please note that will call orders are held at the winery for 60 days. Past 60 days, we will automatically ship your wines to the billing address on file. Of course, you can always proactively to be a shipping member, and your club selections will automatically be shipped to the address on file.
